He propose all the decicions for the crew, but dont worry this is not a dictatorship, you can tell everyone your ideas and then propose it to the President. This member must cumply with President responsabilities when he is inactive and when the President it's active he must cumply with the Comissioner reponsabilities. if the V.president have a question he must ask to the President and if a comissioner have a question the V.President must answer. These members must help the President taking decicions, When a prospect already earn the patch these members must send him a crew invite and give him a warm welcome. if in case someone break rule these member must advise to the LIEUTENANTS. REPRESENTATIVES
These member are in charge of recruit new members, you can do it in GTA Forums, social club page recruitment, asking any MC member especially to that one are in a big and disorganizited crew, when a representatives recruit a new member he must guide to become a patched member. when a representative see a member breaking a rule he must advise to lieutenants. When a propsect already been 7 days with crew and reach the 30 level crew let it know to an a comissioner, he will send him an invite to the mother chapter and give him the welcome. if a representative have a question he must ask to a lieutenant and when a muscle or prospect have a question they must ansewr. these members must check ou the social club 3 times in 24hours.
